Information collected automatically

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not ask for sensitive information such as health details or ID documents through this site.
3. How and why we use it

We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- LeadConnector (HighLevel): hosts our enquiry form and stores enquiries in our customer database
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website and provides privacy-focused visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
- Google Analytics: measures site traffic and visitor behaviour
Your enquiry is handled by our own team. We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if our business is sold. We do not sell your personal information.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer data from the UK or EU, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
6. Cookies and tracking
- Essential cookies keep the site and the enquiry form working.
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics (for example
_ga) help us count visits and see which pages are useful. We only set them if you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the form from working. Our Cookie Policy has the full list.
7. How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS, so data is encrypted in transit. Our providers encrypt stored data and limit access to people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security, but we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly if a breach affects your data.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact with you, and client records for as long as the law requires (usually 6 years for tax records). Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information
- Restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing
- Send your information to another organisation (data portability)
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
You can ask what personal information we have collected, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of any sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
UK and EU residents (UK GDPR / GDPR)
You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
10. Changes to this policy
We review this policy when we add new tools or change how we use data. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
